Gutter Installation, Repair & Cleaning in North Fort Myers, FL
North Fort Myers sits just across the Caloosahatchee from our shop, and it gets the same heavy summer storms. A gutter that clogs or is too small for the roof sends that water down your walls and against your foundation, where it leads to uneven settling, cracked stucco and washed-out landscaping.
The Brothers That Just Do Gutters install seamless 6″ and 7″ gutters across North Fort Myers, from the canal homes off Hancock Bridge Parkway to the 55+ and manufactured-home communities and the bigger lots out toward Bayshore. We also clean, repair, and handle underground drainage, fascia and soffit.
We’re veteran-owned and state-licensed (CBC1270165), and our crews have worked on 50+ North Fort Myers homes since 2022.

THE LICENSE GAP
Only 12 of 91 gutter companies in Southwest Florida hold a Florida contractor’s license

“Licensed and insured” isn’t a license number
Almost every contractor says it. Very few can show you a state number. A city or county business tax receipt is just a tax registration: no exam, no insurance check, no bond. Only a state license from the Florida DBPR authorizes gutter installation.
Why it matters to you:
- Insurance. If an unlicensed contractor’s work causes damage, your carrier can dispute the claim.
- Liability. Unlicensed crews often carry no workers’ comp. If someone falls off your roof, that can land on you.
- Warranty. An unlicensed contractor’s contract can’t be enforced, so the warranty is worth nothing.
- No safety net. Florida’s Homeowners’ Construction Recovery Fund only covers work by licensed contractors.
CHECK ANY CONTRACTOR IN 15 SECONDS
- Ask for the state license number, not a business tax receipt.
- Search it at myfloridalicense.com under “Verify a Licensee.”
- Make sure it says Current, Active, and the name matches the company on your estimate.

Gutters built for North Fort Myers homes
Manufactured homes, canal lots and older roofs change how a gutter system should be designed. We plan every job around them.
Manufactured and 55+ communities
North Fort Myers has a lot of manufactured-home and 55+ communities. Along with seamless gutters, we install roll-form gutters, the profile many manufactured-home communities use, sized and pitched for low-slope roofs.
Canal homes
Homes on the canals off Hancock Bridge Parkway and Pine Island Road deal with salt air and low ground. We route downspouts away from seawalls and docks and keep water off the slab.
Older homes and original gutters
Many North Fort Myers homes are 30 to 50 years old with gutters to match. Leaking seams, rotted fascia and sagging runs usually mean it’s time for a new seamless system.
Bigger lots, new builds
Out toward Bayshore and along the newer streets, homes on big lots are often built with no gutters at all. We size a full system to the roof and plan where the water goes.
Built for Florida storms
We hang every run on screw-in hidden hangers and seal every joint with Geocel sealant, so your gutters hold up through summer storms and hurricane season.
Flat lots and sandy soil
Sandy fill around a foundation washes out fast under a downspout. Underground drainage carries the water away from the slab, the driveway and the landscaping.

SERVICE AREA
North Fort Myers neighborhoods we serve
North Fort Myers covers a lot of ground. Here’s what we see most.
- Hancock Bridge and the canals. Older canal homes near the river, where salt air, low ground and original gutters are the norm.
- 55+ and manufactured-home communities. Communities off US 41 and Pine Island Road with low-slope roofs, carports and screened rooms that all need gutters sized and pitched right.
- Pine Island Road corridor. A mix of older single-family homes and newer construction, many with no gutters or undersized ones.
- Bayshore. Bigger lots and rural roads, where long rooflines and long downspout runs need real drainage planning.
- Golf and gated communities. Tile-roof homes and HOAs where color, profile and approval matter as much as capacity.
We serve all of North Fort Myers, plus Cape Coral and Fort Myers.

AFTER IAN
Building back with gutters that keep up
Hurricane Ian pushed storm surge up the Caloosahatchee and into the low-lying canal neighborhoods of North Fort Myers in September 2022, and its winds damaged roofs across the area. Gutters often come off during a re-roof and never go back up, or go back up at the old, undersized width.
If your roof was replaced after Ian or Milton, check three things:
- Did gutters go back on? Without them, roof water lands on your walls, windows and pool deck.
- Are they sized for the new roof? A new tile or metal roof sheds water faster than many older systems can carry. 7″ is usually the right call.
- Are they secured for the next storm? Screw-in hidden hangers and properly strapped downspouts hold up far better in high wind.
Book a free estimate and we’ll look at your current gutters and tell you straight whether they need replacing or just need work.

North Fort Myers gutter questions, answered
Does a gutter company need a license in Florida?
Yes. Installing gutters for pay in Florida requires a state contractor’s license from the DBPR. A city or county business tax receipt is not a contractor’s license. Ask for the number and look it up at myfloridalicense.com. Ours is CBC1270165.
Can you fix leaking or sagging gutters?
Often, yes. We reseal leaking corners and seams, re-secure loose sections and replace damaged downspouts. But leaks and sagging usually have a cause, like gutters pitched the wrong way, too few downspouts or an old system at the end of its life. We find the cause first and shoot you straight on whether a repair will hold or replacing the run is the better buy.
Do you install gutters on manufactured or mobile homes?
Yes. We install and replace gutters on manufactured homes, carports and screened rooms, including the roll-form gutters common in many manufactured-home communities, sized and pitched for low-slope roofs.
My house doesn’t have gutters. Do I need them?
Yes. Every Southwest Florida home should have gutters. Without them, roof water lands along the foundation, splashes the walls and washes out landscaping. Gutters and well-placed downspouts send it where you want it.
Should I get 6″ or 7″ gutters?
Most shingle roofs do well with 6″. Tile roofs and large or steep metal roofs usually need 7″, which we always form from heavier .032 aluminum. We measure the roof before recommending a size, and we never install 5″ K-style gutters on homes.
How often should gutters be cleaned in North Fort Myers?
At least once a year, ideally before rainy season in June. Homes under oaks or palms, and homes with super gutters, do best with two cleanings a year through our Rain Ready Club.
Do I need to be home for the estimate or install?
No. Many North Fort Myers customers are seasonal residents. We can do both while you’re away and send photos and updates by phone.
How much do new gutters cost in North Fort Myers?
Most full installations run about $1,500 to $3,000, depending on the size of the house and whether it needs 6″ or 7″ gutters. Every quote is free and in writing.
